The WDE106 is a collection authorized under § W.S. 21-13-313(g) to address temporary cash flow needs through advance payments specifically intended to support qualifying recapture and entitlement districts. A district with total entitlement funding of 20% or less than the total guarantee can apply for a loan. The collection opens July 1. Participating districts must upload a completed form by August 12.
