The 2023–24 WDE628 Virtual Education Vendor Teacher Collection is open May 20–June 28. It collects district data on teaching assignments and endorsements of virtual education teachers employed by a vendor rather than a school district.
A guidebook and Excel workbook are available on the WDE’s Data Collection Suite Forms Inventory, by expanding the WDE628 and navigating to the documents tab. Districts with no teachers to report must submit a blank WDE628 Excel workbook.
