Submit interest by 11:59 p.m. on May 22.
Submitting the form is an indication of interest and not a commitment to participate. Not all submissions of interest will be selected. All individuals will be notified of their selection status by June 1.
Committee members will attend a virtual training in the first week of June and independently review bids from June 6–July 7. Typically, committee members will evaluate over 1,000 pages per bid.
The SAS RFP Review Committee will convene in Cheyenne on July 9–11 and August 6–8. These in-person meetings will not have a virtual option. Lodging will be covered for those traveling more than 50 miles, and lunch will be provided to all committee members. All other travel expenses will be at the committee member’s cost.
Applicants can be anyone in education, including district educators (general ed., special ed., EL), assessment coordinators, curriculum directors, and administrators.
