The WDE Innovator Network highlights, supports, and grows the creative and forward-thinking solutions developed by innovative educators and administrators across our state. Concepts will be transformed into online Professional Development (PD) and delivered through Canvas. This collaborative community will be a place to connect, share, and manage your professional growth.

PD on the WDE Innovator Network will be fully approved to apply credits earned towards re-licensure through the Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board (PTSB).

Are you a Wyoming educator with innovative practices to share? The WDE Innovator Network is seeking content creators to develop professional development sessions that showcase successful strategies from Wyoming classrooms.

  • Collaborative Workshops or Knowledge Sharing Sessions (45+ minutes) providing hands-on learning experiences with classroom-ready strategies
  • Thematic Content Series that combine multiple shorter sessions around a common topic to meet PTSB credit requirements (minimum 7 hours for 0.5 credits)
  • Authentic examples from your teaching experience that other educators can immediately apply

Content creators receive compensation for their work developing sessions. We value the time and expertise you bring to the Network and ensure you’re supported throughout the content creation process.

Whether you’re a first-time presenter or experienced workshop leader, we’ll guide you through the process. Our Innovator Network Guide provides vocabulary, best practices for digital content creation, and technical tips to help you create engaging, professional sessions.
