V-EDM Geometry B
This one-year course includes work with logical, organized reasoning and deductive proofs as they apply to geometric figures. Algebraic skills as applied to geometric concepts are incorporated. Topics will include properties of and work with plane and solid figures; inductive methods of reasoning and use of logic; concepts of congruence, similarity, parallelism, perpendicularity, and proportion; and rules of angle measurement in triangles. This course builds on Geometry A.
