Physical Education (Online)
Course Description: Create a life-long wellness program through the study of cardiovascular fitness, nutrition, stress and current health trends. You’ll be assessed through online discussions, lab activities, computer assignments and workout logs. Physical Fitness course covers information regarding behavioral changes and exercise planning to improve personal fitness and overall wellness. Course Learning Objective: 1. I can demonstrate competence in a variety of motor skills and movement patterns.2. I can use the concepts and strategies I have learned in movement and performance.3. I can demonstrate the knowledge and skills to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical activity andfitness.4.
