Students will develop an understanding of the basic concepts of pharmacology. Students will Students will develop an understanding of the basic concepts of pharmacology. Students will investigate pharmaceuticals that have an effect on the cardiopulmonary, vascular, central and peripheral nervous system, and antimicrobial drugs on the human body. Student will utilize case studies to evaluate treatments or misuse of drugs. The history of pharmacology as well as herbal medicine will also be addressed.
