Personal Fitness II
Concurrent Enrollment Course through Eastern Wyoming College. One (1) college credits earned upon successful completion of class. In this course, high school students will study ways to get and stay fit through moderate and vigorous activities, sports, and recreation. They will study the components and benefits of fitness. Students will also study self-management, stress management, and lifestyle practices to achieve and maintain fitness. In addition to their reading lessons, students complete a variety of activities, assignments, quizzes, and tests to assess their understanding of the content studied.
