Microbiology S
Students will investigate microorganisms, viruses, bacteria, fungi, protozoa, and multicellular parasites, and the roles they play in our lives. Included is a study of how some of these organisms cause disease. Students will be expected to utilize the microscope on their own in the study of these organisms. They will also learn how to culture some organisms using sterile techniques.
