AP CALCULUS AB
In the study of calculus, the student will be expected to solve problems analytically, algebraically, and graphically. The course will include, but not be limited to, the study of limits, continuity, and the concept of derivative. It will also include the study of anti-derivatives, definite integrals, exponential and logarithmic functions, and trigonometric functions, and how they apply to calculus. This is a rigorous course designed to prepare students for the Advanced Placement exam which all students are required to take in May. This course will follow the curriculum guidelines set forth by the College Board.
