The Wyoming Department of Education encourages districts with schools identified under Federal accountability as in need of improvement in the following categories: Comprehensive (CSI), Targeted (TSI), or Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (ATSI) to apply for the Title I, Part A, section 1003 School Improvement grant. Districts interested in applying for this two-year, competitive grant must complete the Intent to Apply by January 9, 2026, to ensure all communications are directed correctly.
Districts must apply on behalf of the eligible schools. However, school-level engagement is critical to leveraging these funds to impact the specific needs identified in the application.
The following districts are eligible for 2025-2027 Title I, Part A, section 1003 School Improvement grants:
