The Wyoming Advisory Panel for Students with Disabilities (WAPSD) is currently seeking passionate and committed individuals to serve as collaborative panel members to make a meaningful impact on education in Wyoming and to help shape the future for students with disabilities across the state. Mission:
The mission of the WAPSD, as a diverse group, is to raise a common voice to advise the State Superintendent of Public Instruction on the needs of students with disabilities by advocating for and providing recommendations on the improvement of educational opportunities.
Vision:
The WAPSD envisions an educational system that supports all students with disabilities in becoming compassionate, productive, and contributing members of their communities. The panel provides guidance on education policies and practices to help achieve this goal.
