ACT Professional Development sessions will be held on November 14–15 in Douglas for the ACT English, Reading, Writing, Science, and Math tests. Participants will need a computer and state-issued ID for building access. Register to attend.
Participants will learn how the tests and items are designed, how concepts measured are linked to reporting categories, and how to use data from the assessment to make instructional decisions to impact student achievement.
Sessions:
- November 14 – ACT English, 9 a.m. – 3 hrs.
- November 14 – ACT Reading, 1 p.m. – 3 hrs.
- November 15 – ACT Science, 9 a.m. – 3 hrs.
- November 15 – ACT Math, 1 p.m. – 3 hrs.
Sessions will be held at the Converse County School District #1 District office in Douglas.
