The WDE949 Grade 9 Transcripts and the WDE950 Graduated Student Transcripts collection window opens Wednesday, September 18. All transcripts are due by Friday, October 25.
Districts are asked to report 2023-24 WDE949 grade 9 transcripts along with grades 10 and 11 for alternative schools, plus WDE950 transcripts for all students who graduated in the 2023-24 school year. Districts can include any student who earned a diploma by September 15, in the 2023-24 graduation cohort.
Changes to the 2024-25 school year transcript collection designed to help identify Hathaway Scholarship levels will take effect upon the closing of the current transcript collection, in December 2024. The Scholarship Course Indicator will be expanded to include more subject areas and add Percent Hathaway Course Requirements, which is the percentage of a Hathaway subject indicator the course meets. This change will impact the corrected transcripts submitted during the December graduation data review. Districts that resubmit will need to delete the Percent Hathaway Course Requirements column from the file before resubmission. Both student information system vendors have been notified of the change.
