The Wyoming Department of Education will now be providing school nurses with access to the Nurse Burnout Prevention Program. This resource will equip Wyoming’s school nurses with tools and resources to manage their mental well being, while they work to keep our students healthy and well.
The program is a web-based resource to assist with a nurse’s need for immediate access to tools and strategies to prevent burnout. The program includes a video coaching series on real-world challenges faced by nurses, 48 contact hours, and a library of peer-reviewed resources on intervention programs.
