The 2025-26 Distance Education Grant (DEG) application will be open April 1–30. Eligible Wyoming school districts, community colleges, and the University of Wyoming can receive a portion of the $170,000 available to develop and maintain Virtual 307 distance education courses and programs offered by districts. Districts must have an approved Virtual Education program in order to be eligible for the grant. Virtual 307 programs must be approved before April 30 to be eligible for the grant.
DEG applications must be completed within the WDE eGMS and are due by April 30.
