The Wyoming Department of Education is seeking participation from Wyoming educators and other stakeholders in reviewing Request for Proposal (RFP) Bid Responses from vendors to develop and implement statewide assessment services for the English Learner Proficiency Assessments (ELPA). To participate, submit your interest by 11:59 p.m. on January 24.
Completing the form does not confirm acceptance, and not all who apply will be selected. All individuals will be notified by mid-February. Applicants may include educators, assessment coordinators, curriculum directors, administrators, or other district staff interested in reviewing and scoring vendor proposals related to the statewide English Language Proficiency Assessment system.
The ELPA RFP Review Committee will convene on March 19 and April 14 in Cheyenne. These are in-person meetings and will not have a virtual option. Lodging will be covered for participants traveling more than 50 miles to Cheyenne and lunch will be provided. All other travel expenses will be at the traveler’s cost.
