The Wyoming Department of Education and ACT will offer two in-person ACT Professional Development sessions covering the ACT English, Reading, Writing, Science, and Math tests. Additional sessions include The ACT and Your Data and Anchoring Your Curriculum. The training will take place on October 2–3 in Sheridan and on November 13–14 in Rock Springs. Click here to register.
Educators will learn how the tests and items are designed and how the concepts measured are linked to reporting categories. Additionally, participants will learn how to use data from the assessment to make instructional decisions to impact student achievement.
