Visual Narratives
Students will study various storytelling devices to learn about historical eras, societal reactions to various narrative forms, expression of ideas using visuals as well as audio devices, use of imagination and innovation, and audience perceptions. Throughout the course, students will be required to observe, evaluate, and show critical thinking skills and analytical skills concerning art, literature, graphic novels,
advertising, info-graphics, and films.
