The Assessment Team is launching a monthly training series called Test Talks for the 2024-25 school year. Sessions will provide insights and updates on a variety of assessment-related topics and opportunities for professional growth. Sessions available are:
- August 22, 2–3 p.m., Test Security.
- September 26, 2–3 p.m., English Learner Overview: Identification to Exit.
- October 10, 1–3 p.m., Monitoring.
- November 20, 2–3 p.m., Authoring Tool.
- December 12, 2–3 p.m., Exemptions/Exceptional Requests.
Sessions will be recorded and available on the Assessment page of the new WDE District Resource website, launching on September 11. Connect with the Assessment Team via the monthly Assessment Office Hours, 3:30–4 p.m. on the second Monday every month.
