All districts must have State Board of Education approval for their teacher evaluation systems. A teacher is defined as a person who is licensed by the Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board (PTSB) and is responsible for providing instruction to students. Complete the form below about the district teacher evaluation systems. Districts do not need to submit evaluations for other certified staff.

Districts have the option to submit their current teacher evaluation system to the State Board of Education or wait to use the 2020-21 school year to select a new evaluation system. Select which option you are choosing. *

Fill out the remaining questions if you are NOT piloting a new system for the 2021-22 school year.
