Phase III: The Art and Science of Teaching

The Wyoming Department of Education is pleased to present Phase III in the Professional Development series with Jan Hoegh, Marzano Research LLC. The Art and Science of Teaching will be comprised of two consecutive Units.

Districts should send teams of 6 – 8 educators for both Unit 1 and Unit 2, since The Art and Science of Teaching will span four full days. Teams will include district or building leaders, instructional facilitators, and classroom teachers. Smaller teams will work with others attending the training. PTSB/UW Credit Pending

Act now! The first 60 registrants for each Unit 1 session will receive a one-year license to the Marzano Compendium of Instructional Strategies!

 

Phase I & II: Assessment Literacy and Formative Assessment

The Wyoming Department of Education is pleased to present Phase I & II in the Professional Development series with Jan Hoegh, Marzano Research LLC. This two-day workshop is an integral part of Wyoming’s Statewide System of Support.

These regional trainings serve as a foundational component within the comprehensive
instructional framework that is further developed in Phase III -The Art and Science of
Teaching. This complete professional development program is based on Dr. Marzano’s
45 years of research.

Districts should plan to send teams of 6 – 8 educators, which should include
district or building leaders, instructional facilitators, and classroom teachers.
