Scotty Ratliff has lived in Wyoming for 60 years. He was the first Native American Legislator in Wyoming and served in that capacity for 12 years. He has a Masters in Education and a BA from Black Hills University. He has three daughters: Shawna (47), Shanell (45), and Staci (43). Scotty recently served as the Chairman of the Wind River Development. He enjoys horses and his grandchildren.
