Wyoming Department of Education's Waiver Request Sent to U.S. Secretary of Education

Cheyenne – Today Wyoming’s Superintendent of Public Instruction, Cindy Hill, sent a letter to the Honorable Arne Duncan, the United States’ Secretary of Education requesting a waiver of certain requirements of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA).
