Cheyenne- Each year the Wyoming Department of Education makes application for Part B Federal funds. There are two basic components to the application for funds. The first section requires the State to provide assurances that it has policies and procedures to meet all eligibility requirements of Part B of the Act as found in PL 108-446, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and applicable regulations (IDEA). The second component of the application is a spreadsheet showing each required allocation.
